For the meeting of February 27, 2009 the agenda will be as follows:

Determine Bond Sale Date
Address cash flow with a Bond Anticipation Note
Address the need to obtain a common wage for the projects
Organize the holding corporation
Jane Herndon and Lonnie Therber will have other matters too.

If any of you have matters, list them so we can expidite everything on that day.
